Moving the line often, especially when it comes to creating faces and figures is a practice that I adore. Capturing the eyes, the structure of the face, the delicious differences in a personality is something that I strive to understand as an artist. What that means is I create a lot of artwork, each teaching me magical things about mastering the craft of being a painter. As the pieces add up, I opted to split their heads a bit and combine two or three faces into one to push past ordinary and expand my creative voice. The splitheads you see here are a result of that practice and hold the keys to years of practice and development in the bigger picture of how I choose to express myself.
They are meant to be framed floated under glass or framed creatively as you see fit. Splitheads ship flat and come with a protective coat of varnish. Click on the image or the white info dot to view the details and price of each. To purchase, email me at firstname.lastname@example.org
